Community-Based Organizations

Community-based organizations play an important and holistic role in supporting the healthy development of students' social and emotional skills. As important, community educators offer a joyful and foundational entry point for emergent and striving readers. At TRI, we partner with community-based organizations to ensure that emerging readers and their families have the resources they need to develop early literacy skills with intentional and joyful experiences. In partnership with community-based organizations, TRI provides access to curricular materials, professional learning opportunities, and program implementation resources for community educators and caregivers.
